Its aim is to help people understand the importance of protecting their eyesight in the workplace, and to call on companies to prioritize the eye health of workers everywhere.
The slogan for the day is #LoveYourEyes to show how important it is to love your eyes.
The organization encourages employers to promote eye health habits that will benefit the well-being, safety and productivity of millions of employees.
