Medical office coordinator - Executive assistant

Profile

Provide all administrative services, i.e. ensure the smooth running of consultations, surgeries and directors' agendas. Liaise with external physicians, clinics/hospitals, insurance companies and patients. Constantly strive to innovate and optimize the practice's administrative systems. Be able to interact with patients with compassion and care, providing explanations where necessary. Remain calm and positive during difficult times, adopting a problem-solving attitude. Thrives on working within or leading a dynamic team, while being able to solve problems independently. Discretion and integrity are essential.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a management, executive assistant and/or high-level secretarial role.
  • Experience in basic bookkeeping, invoicing, trustee relations and personal assistance tasks is desirable.
  • Fluency in French (mother tongue) and English (C1-2) is essential, and fluency in other languages is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
  • Clinical research data entry/management using Excel is desirable.
